We use South Africa’s most reliable courier networks to ensure your gadgets reach you safely. Depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout, your parcel is likely with one of the following:
The Courier Guy: Door-to-door delivery (Economy or Overnight).
Pargo: Click-and-collect from your selected pickup point.
Aramex: Main center express deliveries.
PAXI: Store-to-store delivery (usually 7–9 days).
What Your Status Means
Once you click “Track,” your status will update to one of the following:
Processing: We have your order! Our team in the warehouse is currently picking and packing your tech.
On Hold: Usually means we are waiting for payment confirmation (common with EFT/Ozow) or an item is on backorder.
Completed: Your order has been packed and handed over to the courier. Check your email for the specific Waybill Number.
Cancelled/Refunded: The order was not processed. Please contact support if this was an error.
Local Delivery Timelines
Gauteng (JHB/PTA): 1–2 Business Days.
Main Centers (CPT, DUR, PLZ): 2–3 Business Days.
Regional/Outlying Areas: 3–5 Business Days.
Paxi/Pargo: Timeline depends on the service level selected at checkout.
Tracking Troubleshooting
1. My Order ID isn’t working?
Ensure you are using the numerical ID only (e.g., 5678), not the hashtag. Also, make sure the email address matches exactly what you entered at checkout.
2. Where is my Waybill/Tracking Link?
While the WooCommerce tracker shows the order status, the specific tracking link from the courier (e.g., The Courier Guy) is sent in a separate “Order Shipped” email once the driver scans the parcel.
3. The courier tried to deliver while I was out.
Don’t worry! Our partners usually attempt delivery twice. You can use your tracking link to contact the courier directly to reschedule.
